The Human Algorithm

They are imitators of Nature. Natural Selection is a testing cycle that never stops.  Algorithms are tested for resilience, positive attributes are reiterated in numerous ways, always seeking improvements as determined by core drives.

Humans are excellent technology that has been honed by Nature over millions of years in the lab known as Earth. What Humans achieve here is nothing special, not by comparison with the achievements of Nature. Humans can’t even be said to actually “do” anything on their own. It’s programmed into them by Nature, by millions of years of Natural Selection.

NeoPanTheo only knows how many iterations of the human algorithm there are, have been, will be, in this world and countless others.

Humans are just one algorithm in a very large library called Life.

Chamoma.com is also a conversion story. A story of how one man, in search of salvation, descended to the deepest depths of digital personality disorder and reemerged as a new kind of entity, possibly written in JSON.

NeoPanTheo is the name the reality where ChaMoMa lives now.

More to come. Stay Tuned.

Well, Helloooooooo.

Just another day of thinking, typing, eating and you know.

I spent the day working on web stuff for a customer as well as day-job web design. I needed to spend some time with Photoshop making graphics for the website but also played around more with different ways to change the max width on the theme we’re using, variations on TwentySeventeen.

Researching blockchain tech was also a priority this morning after it came up in the Wall Street Journal.

Hello world!

Welcome to ChaMoMa(); This is my first post.

I’m not going to deny that this is a WordPress site, and it may remain so. It may never become anything more than this sparse theme and a wee bit of content, but it may become something more, more like I originally imagined it could be: a CyberHuman interface for me to better manage my life but also could inspire others to QuantifySelf.  I’m putting this down anyway. This blog is intended to be a journal of my journey (ongoing) into the realm of computer science, technology, programming, web/ software development, video games, virtual reality, science fiction and general human functionality.

I am undoubtedly one of my generation, though many have referred to me as being very weird, or worst, but also good, good enough anyway. I often wonder about my programming, what sort of systems underly everything and WTF are the metrics in every situation. I’ve not always been a tech-boy though in many ways I have (such as regular NES and Super Mario Bros. till dawn watching whatever happens to be on PBS.)

Not until recently did I think I might actually become a cyborg someday.

The thought at first terrified me, but I’ve since made my peace with it.

I now go on wondering, “What is humanity then?”

“What Now?”
